Its time for our annual summer reading program - to encourage children to continue reading.  We will have virtual programs and challenges to encourage children to read and enjoy outdoor activities throughout the summer.

Two ways to join........

1.Register and download a reading log to get started.  Weekly prizes can be collected when we open for curbside pickup.

2. Register online to log your child's reading and complete "fun missions".  Prizes can be collected when we open for curbside pickup.

Week of June 15 @ 12 noon

Are your children missing being with others their own age?   Let's meet virtually, listen to a short story and have lunch together.  Children will be grouped according to age.

Meet with Miss Rachel via Zoom and read a Choose Your Own Adventure together - we'll vote on which direction the story will take.  Can we survive the Cretaceous Period together?

Recommended for grade 2+

A craft project for adults and children alike.  Bookends can be collected from outside the library door.  Take as many sets as you like.  Show us your painted results by posting a photo on instagram or sending an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. Print out our bird watch challenge sheet and check out which birds you can spot in your backyard or on a neighborhood walk.  Can you spot them all.
